Succession Planning

Dee is a passionate advocate for high quality succession planning for GP practices. In October 2024 she was invited to chair a panel discussion on succession planning at Best Practice Birmingham and to edit a free guide for GP Partners attending that event. Following this, Dee also wrote an article on the subject for GP Business.
